Terrieri Kiinteistöt Ky, property fund managed by Fennia, and A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy have established a joint venture that will develop a new headquarter and hub of Cramo Finland Oy. Merilampi represented the joint venture in the transaction.

Jatke Oy is the contractor in the project and the facility will be completed in spring 2021. In addition to the head office building, the project also comprises warehouse, logistics and industrial premises. The facility covers around 23,000 sqm.
