Tuuli Syrjänen is in charge of our HR matters and the well-being of Merilampi's employees. Tuuli's areas of responsibility are especially the development of our personnel's expertise, well-being at work, recruitment, and the Junior Trainee and Trainee programs. Together with our marketing team, she handles the cooperation with student associations and employer branding. In addition to these, Tuuli is responsible for Merilampi's customer experience.
