Merilampi represented Hartela in the sale of a planned hospital and medical center building to Keva.
The building will be built for Terveystalo and Hartela is the developer and the constructor of the building. The hospital will be located in Kupittaa, Turku and Terveystalo is due to move into the premises in summer 2027.
