”Over the past year, the firm has advised Kesko in the creation of a joint venture with Oriola to establish a chain of stores specialising in beauty, health and well-being products, which the Finnish authority cleared in Phase 1. The firm also represents Länsilinjat Oy, one of the main defendants in the “bus cartel” case pending before the Market Court. The team also helped Finnish postal service Posti fight allegations that the imposition of value-added tax in postal services violated EU law. The District Court dismissed the claims by major finance and insurance entities.”
