LL.M., Trained at the Bench, Jussi Koivu joined our Employment and Labour Law team as a Senior Associate.

Jussi has years of experience in the field of employment and labour law. Prior to joining Merilampi, Jussi worked for one of the leading financial institutions in Nordic Countries, gaining broad experience in international employment law and managing complex projects. He has a strong background in cross-border transactions and the questions and processes associated with employment law within these transactions.

Jussi advises both domestic and international clients on various legal matters associated with employment law, such as contract drafting, cooperation negotiations, industrial disputes and questions related to corporate governance and data protection during employment relationships.
