Antti Kahri has been appointed as Partner at Merilampi as of 1 April 2015. Kahri’s areas of specialty are mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Antti Kahri, (LL.M., MBA, Trained at the Bench) is recognised as one of the leading M&A experts in Finland. He has over twelve years of experience of working in private practice, five of which he spent as a partner, at Roschier Attorneys Ltd. During the past three years, Kahri has been the director of investments and administration at Tutor Invest, a Finnish private equity firm.

As of the beginning of April, 15 lawyers will work at Merilampi’s Transactions team. The team regularly assists clients in major corporate and financial transactions and corporate law related matters. In addition to corporate transactions, the team has now for years had a strong position in the Finnish real estate transactions market.
