Merilampi and I&O Partners will merge. The merger of two respected law firms creates a high-quality business law firm offering a diverse range of services to its clients. The combined firm will focus on corporate and real estate transactions, financing, and dispute resolution.

The merger is planned to take effect at the turn of February and March 2025. As part of this integration, I&O Partners’ team will join Merilampi. Additionally, I&O Partners’ Managing Partner, Andrei Aganimov, and Senior Partner, Risto Ojantakanen will join Merilampi as Partners, further reinforcing the firm's leadership and expertise. At the same time, the firm is building its future with the appointment of Tiina Järvinen and Hermanni Nevanperä (Merilampi) and Laura Hirvijoki, Emil Melén and Helena Wist (I&O Partners) as Associate Partners at Merilampi.
