Tiina Järvinen is an experienced contract law expert and counsels in commercial litigations and domestic and international arbitrations. She also has experience in employment law disputes.

Olli Nikitin, Veli Siitonen and Sara Walden all work in our Transactions and Finance team. Olli Nikitin assists our clients in corporate law and corporate and real estate transaction questions. He has special expertise in matters related to the capital markets and listed companies’ corporate governance. Olli acts as a secretary to the board of directors in several companies.

Veli Siitonen specialises in company and securities law as well as on assignments relating to capital markets. He has extensive experience in listed companies’ corporate law and corporate governance assignments, and he has participated in the preparation of general meetings for numerous listed companies. Veli also has a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Sara Walden is experienced in company and contract law and financing assignments. She has an extensive experience in domestic and international financing and capital markets as well as corporate and real estate transactions. Sara also specialises in insolvency law and has been engaged in several insolvency and reorganisation proceedings.
