Olli works in Merilampi's M&A practice group and has extensive and diverse experience in assignments related to corporate law, corporate and real estate transactions and capital markets. Olli also regularly advises our clients in commercial agreements and general meetings. He is an experienced board professional in both listed and private companies and regularly chairs and acts as secretary of general meetings.
