Attorney at law, Specialist Counsel William Sjöberg is invited to become a partner of Merilampi as of November 1st, 2022.

William Sjöberg has worked in Merilampi's Transactions and Finance team for several years, successfully assisting our domestic and international clients. William has versatile experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions, as well as corporate law.

Merilampi's selection of services will receive a much-needed addition from November 1st, 2022, when attorney at law Sami Tuominen will join the partnership and establishes a tax practice for Merilampi.

Sami Tuominen has more than two decades of experience in domestic and international taxation. He has assisted companies and corporations as well as their owners and executive management on a large scale in day-to-day issues related to taxation. Sami has extensive experience in tax planning, M&A restructuring, incentive plans, tax litigation, and changes of generations connected to tax law. He also assists private individuals and their families in various issues related to taxation, family and inheritance law as well as wealth management.
