Merilampi assisted a Dubai-based investment company in complex high interest international arbitration proceedings hosted by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). The dispute related to transnational debt collection with claims being presented against each party. Ultimately, the proceedings resulted in a near landslide victory for the client.
