Merilampi represented Erikoissijoitusrahasto Aktia Toimitilakiinteistöt in its acquisition of a four-storey office property "Konttori" in Tikkurila, Vantaa, and a share of a parking facility adjacent to the property from Renor Ltd.

The property comprises a total lettable area of 4 800 sqm. The main tenants are the Education and Learning Department and the Urban Culture Department of the City of Vantaa as well as the National Courts Administration that functions under the Ministry of Justice.
