Merilampi advised Kesko Oyj in its acquisition of the shopping center Sinikallio located in Espoo's Mankkaa and K-Citymarket Salo from eQ Commercial Properties Fund. Kesko has operated in both properties as a long-term main tenant and main user.

Shopping center Sinikallio is located in Espoo's Mankkaa and has an area of 10,400 square meters. The area of K-Citymarket Salo property is 9,400 square meters.
