We advised Nordea Life Assurance and FinCap in the sale of residential and assisted living properties
Merilampi acted as an advisor to Nordea Life Assurance and FinCap in an acquisition by Nordea of a residential property in Turku and an assisted living property in Tampere from funds managed by FinCap. The total lettable area is approximately 5 740 sqm. The property in Turku has recently been completed, and the property in Tampere will be completed in spring 2019.
