Merilampi represented Sanoma Corporation in the sale of AAC Global Ltd to Korona Invest. AAC Global is a Finnish company which provides translation, communication and training services. The divestment is in line with Sanoma’s strategy to focus its operations and divest selected ownerships.

AAC Global’s net sales in 2015 were around EUR 15 million, and the company employs around 120 people.

Korona Invest is a Finnish private equity company specialised in growth and buyout investments in Finnish small and medium sized enterprises.
