Merilampi represented Suominen Corporation in a financial arrangement. Suominen issued a EUR 85 million unsecured fixed-interest bond and a tender offer for the previously issued bond.

In connection with the new bond issue, Suominen entered into a syndicated credit facility agreement consisting of a revolving credit facility of EUR 100 million with a maturity of four years. The new credit facility replaced the previous syndicated credit facilities agreement of Suominen totalling EUR 55 million.
