We represented the shareholders of TerraWise Group Oy in the sale of TerraWise Group Oy’s shares to CapMan Special Situations Fund. CapMan Special Situations Fund becomes the majority owner in TerraWise while the company’s key personnel remain significant minority owners.

TerraWise is one of the leading infrastructure construction companies operating in the Uusimaa and Pirkanmaa regions. The company’s operations are based on three cornerstone capabilities: landscaping and urban construction, land and infrastructure construction and excavation.

The completion of this transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
