Andrei specializes in banking and finance. He has broad and extensive experience in acting both for financial institutions as well as for companies and investors in leveraged and structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, corporate restructuring and ship finance. In addition, Andrei specializes in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, joint ventures, investments, securities law and corporate commercial. Before joining the firm, Andrei was for several years a partner and head of the financing practice at I&O Partners Attorneys Ltd as well at Borenius Attorneys Ltd where his services covered all aspects of banking and finance. Before that, he was at Nordea Bank for ten years, mainly focusing on leveraged and structured finance as well as ship finance.
