Risto advises a broad range of clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters. He also acts as an arbitrator in corporate and commercial disputes. In addition, his expertise includes energy, insurance and insolvency law. His practice covers board advisory including distress finance and acting as chair in general meetings of shareholders. In his more than 35 years of practice, Risto has worked on both domestic and cross-border transactions in Europe, Asia and North America.
