We represented a United States based company Alltech in its joint acquisition of Raisioaqua, which is the only manufacturer of fish feed in Finland. The other two buyers of Raisioaqua were Finnforel and Heino Group. The Benella brand of Raisio plc will also be part of the new company. Alltech is active in more than hundred countries, making it the world’s largest producer of aquaculture and agriculture feeds. The cooperation between Alltech and Finnforel supports the goal of both companies in developing more ecological fish feed that utilizes a circular economy model in its production.
