Merilampi represented Kesko in the transaction where AMF Tjänstepension AB disposed of its ownership in Mercada Oy. Mercada is a joint real estate investment company established in 2015 by Kesko, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, and AMF Tjänstepension AB. Mercada owns, manages, and develops primarily commercial properties used by the Kesko Group.
