We represented Sweco Finland Oy in its acquisition of four Sipti companies

Merilampi acted as Sweco Finland Oy’s legal advisor in the acquisition of four design and consulting companies: Sipti Oy, Sipti Infra Oy, Kymen Sipti Oy and Sipti Environment Oy. The net sales of the Sipti companies for the financial year ending in July 2024 were EUR 6.7 million and they employ 50 experts in Finland.

With the acquisition, Sweco significantly strengthens its service offerings in geotechnical engineering and consulting, rock engineering, and environmental consulting.
