Merilampi represented Lehto Group in its sale of the Kivistö local center to eQ Commercial Properties Fund.

The property developed by Lehto will be in the Kivistö area in Vantaa, and in addition to commercial services, the Kivistö local center will provide public services such as a health center, as well as facilities for youth and cultural activities.
