We represented Lindström Invest Oy’s shareholders in the sale of the real estate company’s entire share capital to Swedish listed real estate company Castellum. The total value of the target was approximately EUR 150 million. The purchase price was paid in Castellum’s shares.

Lindström Invest is a Finnish family-owned real estate company that specialises in developing and renting office premises. As a result of the transaction, five office properties located in Kalasatama, Helsinki, with a total lettable area of approximately 36,000 m2, will be transferred to Castellum.
