Merilampi represented founders of Magenta Advisory in the sale of the company’s entire share capital to BearingPoint. Magenta Advisory is the leading independent management consultancy for digitalisation of businesses in the Nordics. The company was founded in 2010, and it employs 22 people. It has averaged 100 percent annual sales growth each year and is expected to reach EUR 4.5 million net sales in 2015. Management and technology consultancy BearingPoint operates in more than 70 countries and employs 9 700 people.

Magenta Advisory will continue to operate under its existing brand name through 2015, transitioning to BearingPoint as of 1 January 2016.
