We represented Nanso Group and its major shareholders in the sale of share majority

Merilampi represented Nanso Group Oy and its major shareholders in a transaction in which Folmer Equity Fund II, a fund managed by private equity company Folmer Management Ltd, acquired a majority stake in the Finnish clothing manufacturer Nanso Group.

Nanso Group is a textile company founded in 1921, and it owns the iconic Finnish brands, Nanso and Vogue.
