Merilampi advised Czech company VAFO Group in its acquisition of the pet food company Dagsmark Petfood.

Dagsmark Petfood is a Finnish responsible pet food brand that produces Finnish dog food and cat food mainly from Finnish raw materials.

VAFO Group is a European pet food producer which operates nine pet food factories, where they produce premium pet food, snacks, and supplements for dogs, cats and small animals. VAFO Group brands are produced for more than 85 countries around the world and it has nearly 1,000 employees in seven European countries.
